Cancellation Policy

APPOITMENTS Grace Period: We understand that delays can happen. Therefore, we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we will still provide your full service. Arriving after this period will result in cancellation of appointment. Notice: We know life may throw challenges during the week. With this we require a minimum of a 48-hour notice period in order to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so will lead to a fee. ATTENDING APPOITMENTS Patch tests for eyelash services are recommended but not mandatory. If you choose to forgo a patch test, LashedByAbbie cannot be held liable for any reactions that may occur. Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes and, if possible, avoid wearing makeup on the eye area. Ensure at least 50% of your lashes from your previous set remain for an infill. If less than 50% remains, you will be charged for a full set. PAYMENT METHOD: - Cash - Bank Transfer
